LPHT 2015 Inhibitors

  The list of inhibitors is quite impressive and some of these things seem quite intractable…. but in reality they are not… there are ways and means involving carrots and sticks in which they can be overcome. Some solutions are in our own hands – we just have to get on with it, whereas others will require external support or pressure. If we as individuals and society and government are all convinced and truly motivated then we can have a shared vision and we can work towards it far more effectively than we are currently.
