Some resources for you.

Obviously there are many books and articles in your library, and, in a general subject an enormous amount exists already online.

I'll try to highlight some of these for you….

• The initial 'guru' of the field was (and is) one Geert  Hofstede who did large-scale survey work right across the IBM corporation with over 100,000 respondents form well over 100 countries.  This enabled him to draw up a list of 4 o( 5 key differentiators.
