Culture: Transmission & Subscription

OK, so we have a definition of culture and inter-culture…. but so many questions remain:

• How do we ‘get’ culture…. ?
• What is its transmission mechanism…?
• Can we change it?
• Can we get rid of it?
• Do we just have the one?
• What does this matter in business and management?
