TOEIC Pt4. Short Talks

In this part of the TOEIC, you will be listening to a short talk by a single speaker on a given  subject (often current(ish!) affairs or business and you will then be faced with questions to answer.  For example you may be asked: "What was the mprincipal topic of this report?", or "What was the purpose of the telephone call?" and you will be asked to select the correct answer (as ever, a/b/c/d from a list of options which you will only hear and not see written down.

In the case of the photo above, a French tourist in London has preferred the written guide to the spoken guide…..

You will be prepared for this part of the TOEIC as per parts 1+2+3. the battery of 40 or 60 questions based upon the Grand Design and Megastructures programmes will be of particular help in this regard.
