Simulation 4. ColmarCo 2025 Strategy

There was once an old joke about an English driver well and truly lost in the Irish countryside. Finding a local yokel (paysan) leaning against a gate by the side of a field, he asked: « How do I get to Tipperrary? »

Came the reply…« Well, I wouldn’t start from here »……………..

And there is the problem… ColmarCo is where ColmarCo is, but it HAS to find a way to move forward into an ever-changing future.

We are now going to indulge in something calles ‘Scenario Planning’, in which we will consider the strategic options available to ColmarCo in the face of a ‘Scenario’ for the next 15 years based upon evident mega-trends plus a bit of intuitive projection.  ColmarCo is at ‘A’…. but where is its ‘Z’ in the 2025 future?

Perhaps we should address this scenario division by division in the same teams we were in for Sim 1.
