• Coordinate services across all functions within the museum which can affect / impact upon the visitor experience (including recruitment and selection)
• financial planning of the budget accorded to visitor services quality
• Responsible for visitor surveys, market profiling and quality assurance
• Responsible for the definition of carrying capacity and strategies to manage the site and visitors in times where exceeding site capacity is predictable
• Responsible for the training of all visitor-facing personnel
• Envisioning the ‘mise en scène’.
